- Account bans due to violation of Terms (e.g., using account on multiple unauthorized devices).

- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your request and include your payment receipt or transaction ID.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process to the original method of payment (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, or Bank Transfer). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
